The redevelopment a 450ha Park with a 50ha dam situated in the middle of it, will be redeveloped with superior 9-hole Golf Course, designed, build and managed by Golf Data. 75 - 4 Star chalets and a main hotel building, to be managed by Protea’ African Pride Hotel Management Team. The EIA process is currently underway and the entire developments are to be completed by September 2009.

The development of this resort is in-line with an international Spa Operator and is currently in design stage.   The superior 75 - 4 Star Chalets and Main Building will resemble the Greenbelt Design, Calming pure white buildings with gray slate roof and will be fully air-conditioned.   The entire garden will take on the design of a tropical setting with attention to aromatic fragrances in our plant choices..

Greenbelt is currently in discussion with landowners, financial partners and developers for two additional hotel developments – one in Kwazulu Natal and the other in Johannesburg.
